As of February 6th, all residents are required to signup online to use the tennis court at San Miguel Ranch. You may find the signup sheet by using the menu bar at the top or by clicking here.
If you notice an irrigation leak or have an emergency after business hours, please call our on-call service at (858) 495-0900 for assistance. A team member from Walters Management will assist you with your emergency.
If you notice an abandoned vehicle or a vehicle that has been parked in the same spot for more than 72 hours, please report it to the City of Chula Vista. You can report it through the ACT app or submit a service request here.
