 Homeowners are welcome to attend and observe the Board as it conducts Association business. If you’d like to speak, you’ll have the opportunity during the Homeowner Forum at the start of the meeting.

To help resolve questions quickly and make the most of everyone’s time, we strongly encourage you to email your questions or requests in advance to SMRstaff@waltersmanagement.com. This allows management to provide answers or updates before the meeting, ensuring a smoother experience for all.
