ID FOB Application

Please complete the form above and include photos of each resident obtaining an ID FOB. You may also apply in person.  To ensure we are available, please make an appointment by calling 619-397-5299.

A new homeowner can obtain (2) FOBS for free. Any additional FOBS are $50/each. All renters/tenants are required to pay $50 per FOB. We only accept checks or money orders made out to San Miguel Ranch Master Association.

Your ID badge will be generated once you have submitted payment and a completed application, you'll be sent an email to pick it up during office hours. Please bring a photo ID to confirm identity at pickup. The office is located at 401 Calle La Marina, Chula Vista, CA 91914. 

Yes, per the Governing Documents, residents who have outstanding assessments due to the association or other compliance issues will have their access privileges suspended until such issues have been resolved to the satisfaction of the Board of Directors. 

Residents under the age of 18 do not need a ID FOB. They can use their parents ID FOB. However, if they are under the age of (14), an adult (18) or older must be present.

ID FOBS are for the exclusive use of the person pictured on the FOB. Lending your ID FOB is a violation of the Association's governing documents and may result in a fine.

ID FOBs are for residents only. If an owner is renting out their home, they transfer their privileges to their tenant/renter.

Please report lost or missing ID FOBs immediately to the office. It is possible that someone has turned it into the office or the after-hours staff.

All replacements are $50/each and our office only accepts check or money orders made payable to San Miguel Ranch Master Association.
